Tail Trail is an app that offers specialized features to assist in locating lost pets and facilitate the creation of a supportive community. Through the app, users can access tools designed to streamline the process of finding lost pets while connecting with fellow users for mutual support and assistance.

Exploratory Research - Deeply understand user experiences and needs, while also analyzing competitor apps and social media platforms.

Qualitative Research - Conducted with 5 participants, as it is a formative research that does not require numerous subjects.

1. New Report -

This user-friendly feature simplifies lost pet reporting with clear steps, illustrations, and explanations. It minimizes user confusion and stress, promoting quicker pet reunions.

2. Easy Communication-

An intuitive interface allows users to quickly connect and share info. This streamlines search efforts and fosters collaboration among users in finding lost pets.

3. Notifications -

The user will be notified about lost pets near them and receive updates on their own missing pets.
