NEXTRACK is a product by SHUFFLE, a company specializing in digital marketing for artists. The product provides users with a self-service platform for managing YouTube campaigns using the company's advanced algorithm.

 

In this project, I worked with product managers and developers to create an MVP solution that allows users to set up personalized campaigns and process payments.

Scope: 2 weeks

Problem

  • ​Lack of Unified Platform - The company has no unified platform for managing product services, relying solely on Instagram and phone calls.
     

  • Lack of Management Dashboard - Users need a dashboard to track their current and past campaigns.
     

  • Complex Payment Process - Payments are handled through phone calls and manual credit card collection, making the process cumbersome and less secure.

Time from registration and payment to campaign launch.

Target Audience

Interview with Product Manager -

  • Who currently uses your services in terms of age, gender, etc.?

  • Do you target only artists in Israel or internationally?

  • Do artists from specific music genres tend to use your services more than others?

  • Do you notice any common personality traits among your clients?

  • What do you think influences their choices?

  • Are you aware of which other products your clients are likely using?

Conclusions -

  • 18 to 45 years old, both men and women, only from Israel.

  • Comfortable with technology and prefers digital solutions.

  • Interested in Professional Promotion.

  • Use products like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
